• Refunds and/or substitutions not entertained, if not utilized or if a service could not be offered due to weather conditions.
• Benefits of the PremiumAll-Inclusive are non-transferable.
• Speciality restaurants will need a pre-booking.
• The Resort reserves the right to make amendments to the PremiumAll-Inclusive Plan during the contracting season. However, notice of any amendments would be provided in writing 30-days prior to implementation.

• The inclusions mentioned in the package details will only be provided. Any extras if required can directly be paid for at the property.
• 5% TCS needs to be paid once booking confirmation is provided. The same can be reclaimed by any one traveller at time of filling his/her Income Tax Return. (Only Applicable on International Packages)
• Chekkinn.com will not be responsible in case of any loss, theft, damage during the course of this experience.
