Chekkinn is a luxury travel recommendation platform, specialising in personally curated travel deals. You can sign up on our platform and book deals from 4-star deluxe, 5-star and boutique properties from around the world.

After signing up, you can browse through our list of deals. When you like a particular deal, you can click on it to know more about it. Each deal will have multiple package options based on the number of nights, room category, and inclusions. You can choose the package of your liking and proceed to ‘Book Now’.

On Chekkinn, a deal includes a room from a 4-star deluxe, 5-star or boutique property, along with inclusions like meals, complimentary beverages, spa credits, etc. which change with each deal.

What is the difference between a deal and a package on Chekkinn?

A deal is what is showcased from a particular property on our website. Each deal has package options you can choose from. These package options will be differentiated on the basis of room category, inclusions, and number of nights.

To book a deal on Chekkinn, you need to select a package and click on ‘Book It’. You then click on ‘Book Now’ which opens the booking calendar. You then select your dates of travel, and proceed to the payment gateway.

No, dates cannot be booked offline. However, our Travel Concierge will be happy to help you with the process and guide you to book the dates online.

No, we do not charge an extra booking fee.

The details of the deal you have booked can be viewed within the ‘My Account’ section of the website. We also send across an email with a voucher once your booking is confirmed. This voucher contains all your booking details.

You will be able to find your booking confirmation i.d. in your confirmation email as well as the ‘My Booking’ section in ‘My Account.’

No, the deals which have expired will not be bookable.

Yes, you will be able to have one free date change as long as the hotel has availability for the dates you require and the change of date is not within 15 days of your stay. The final decision will be at the discretion of the Hotel.

Yes, the same deal can be booked for consecutive dates if the deal is available for the consecutive dates.

Yes, different packages of the same deal can be booked for different dates.

Can I book my flights through Chekkinn?

Currently Chekkinn does not provide flight bookings.

What are Chekkoins?

Chekkoins are credit points that you can earn on the Chekkinn website in certain ways. For instance, at signing up, you get 1000 chekkoins which can be used to avail discounts on packages.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten the password to your account, you can click on ‘Forgotten password’ under the Sign In tab. You will then receive an automated email with a link to change the password. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to a page where your password can be reset.

How can I refer Chekkinn to someone?

You can refer Chekkinn and its deals to friends and family via email, Whatsapp, and Facebook Messenger. A unique referral code will be shared with you which will be sent to the person you want to share it with.

A unique code is attached to every referral. The referral code that leads the recipient to take a trip through Chekkinn, is the referral that will be counted.

Any time you refer Chekkinn, 500 Chekkoins will be added to your account once your friend completes their trip with us. These Chekkoins can be used once a purchase, followed by travel, is made using your referral code.

You can access your bookings on your profile. After logging in, they will be visible under the 'My Bookings' tab.
